CSC 2257 - Project Management

This course emphasizes the efficient methouds for planning and controlling projects. Students master skills in project integration, scope, time, cost quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management as well as all five process groups – initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. The application of all ten project management knowledge areas to IT projects are emphasized throughout the course.
